They are extremely courteous and help in every way possible when you have any issues with anything. They work well with other commitments that you might have. Jennifer the counselor is amazing. Jennifer and Tanya are strict but good to you. There's no room for bull jive at this place because mixing those drugs can kill you so they have to be in protocol. But overall they're amazingly well tolerated.

This place is a great place if you want control of your life again. However there are a couple staff members that tend to treat me like an addict. Granted, I am indeed an addict but there job is to make me feel like a normal human being. If you think the medication is all its about you are crazy. Guidance and someone to talk to throughout treatment is key to a successful recovery. I understand that they have laws to follow. But a little trust goes a long way. The only time you should not trust a person is when they give you a reason not to. Just because some addicts still have bad traits doesnt mean we all do. Over all the ladies up front are excellent as are the rest of the staff. Very clean environment. Do not let this post scare you away if this treatment center is the only one you are able to go to, for the good out does the bad.

I have had a very positive experience with this treatment center. I started treatment the 2nd week of them being open. Even though they had so much going on and everything was new to everyone they did a great job! The entire staff I have found to be very friendly and supportive! This is my first experience with this type of treatment and I'm finding it to be very successful for me. It wouldn't be the same I'm sure if the staff weren't all so kind and supportive! I just can't say enough about how positive everyone is! Contrary to many people's views of methadone clinic's, this facility is not there just for a person to get a "quick fix" they are totally focused on your long term recovery! So people don't judge without doing your research, managed medication treatment can and has been a very successful road to recovery!! Many studies prove this. If the person reading this or someone you know needs & most importantly WANTS help getting off of opiates give LTC and managed medication treatment a try. It might be the beginning of living a real life again. That's what it has been for me!! Thank you LTC staff members for giving me a chance at life after addiction! Something I had given up on ever happening! 😄
